Hydraulic fork cartridge kit that completely replace all the existing fork internals. Fully-adjustable on Spring Preload, Compression
and Rebound functions to allow an excellent upgrade of the original fork, offering to the rider a greater customization
of the set-up.

• Fork cartridge cylinder D.25 mm in Alu alloy Al 7075, with anti-friction lapping and oxidation surface treatment.
• Pumping rod D.12 mm in Alu alloy Al 7075, with anti-friction lapping and hard oxidation surface treatment.
• Set of Compression and Rebound valves, supported by oilless slide bearings, machined from Aluminium billet, with its own dedicated shims stack for a total hydraulic flows control. No modification to the original fork is required for assembly the fork kit. It is completely overhauled for a proper and regular maintenance.

 

• Adjustments:
• Spring preload, mounted on axial roller bearings, with specific clicks.
• Rebound unit with specific clicks.
• Compression unit with specific clicks. (valve set in place of the original).

• Bottom spacer available in different lengths, to fit correctly on the different front fork models.

 

Easy to replace the hydraulic cartridge without demounting the fork.
All components of the cartridge are made of Aluminium alloy and subjected to anodizing surface treatment, with the objective to contain the weights and to ensure long-lasting wear.

FROM CONVENTIONAL NON-ADJUSTABLE TO FULLY-ADJUSTABLE FORK

 

The fork kit F15K sets a new standard and quality level on
the market.
Hydraulic fork cartridge kit that completely replace all the existing fork internals.
It allows to modify a conventional non-adjustable fork in a fully-adjustable fork, offering Spring Preload and separate functions of Compression and Rebound asymmetric adjustments, as in a sports fork type, for a greater custom setting.
The F15K can be set-up much more accurately for each rider, making the fork more precise, more adjustable, more easier to use … better in every regard.

 

• Fork cartridge cylinder D.20 mm in Alu alloy, with lapping and oxidation surface treatment.
• Pumping rod D.12 mm in Alu alloy Al 7075, with lapping and hard oxidation surface treatment.
• Set of Compression and Rebound D.20 mm valves, supported by oilless slide bearings, machined from Aluminium billet, with its own dedicated shims stack for a total hydraulic flows control.
• Anti-cavitation valve sets.
All internal and external Aluminium components are supplied with anodizing surface treatment.
• The fork kit is fully reversible.
• No modification to the original fork is required for assembly
the fork kit and is completely overhauled for a proper and regular maintenance.

The Sealed F25SA Hydraulic Fork kit fully replace all the existing original fork internals, transforming it in a new damping system fully-adjustable on Spring Preload and on the asymmetric functions of Compression and Rebound.

It allows a high up-grade of the original fork, allowing to:
• Improve the performance, increasing the damping coefficient.
• Avoid the risk of fluid cavitation.
• Offer greater and easy customization of the suspension set-up.
• Decrease the weights, by using of light alloys for all the cartridge components.
Especially suitable for Sports and Racing use.

• Blue ring: Rebound feature.
• Red ring: Copmpression feature.
Bottom spacers, available in different and specific sizes, to fit correctly on each front forks model.
It allows the rapid disassembly of the hydraulic cartridge unit without removing the fork.
All components of the cartridge are made of aluminum alloy and subjected to anodizing surface treatment, with the focus to ensure long-lasting wear.
Fork kit supplied with specific high sliding fluid (Motorex Fork Oil).

• Set of linear spring in Si-Cr Alloy Steel available in different rates, depending on the bike model and rider weight, for complete customization.
The springs can be changed quickly without having to remove the forks from the bike.
